Investigators: Donelon Emails Could Mean Price Fixing

Steve Theriot said today that his investigators have uncovered emails that may indicate improper behavior by insurance commissioner Jim Donelon. From The Times-Picayune:

Testifying before the Senate Insurance Committee, Theriot said auditors need access to more e-mails and documents to determine whether price fixing actually took place or whether insurance officials allowed large insurers to write more profitable insurance, such as auto, and drop the riskier homeowners and other policies into the Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corp.
