Senate backs repeal of income taxes

From the Shreveport Times: In an unexpected development, a proposal by Senator Buddy Shaw to repeal Stelly Plan morphs into an all out repeal of state income taxes for ten years as an amendment by Senator Nick Gautreaux passes 19-18.
