No one around to enforce ethics laws
From the Associated Press: After Jindal ethics package gutted the state ethics board resulting in resignations by 11 of the 12 members, enforcement of the new laws sits in limbo for what could be months. Meanwhile, the Jindal administration is now beginning to point fingers at the legislature over changes to significant changes in ethics enforcement.
