Kennedy ally blocks aid for Louisiana farmers

From the Advocate: Despite support from Senator David Vitter and Agriculture Secretary Mike Strain, Senate hopeful John Kennedy is embracing successful efforts by key campaign supporter Oklahoma Senator Tom Coburn to block bill that would provide aid to Louisiana farmers.
